Punjab National Bank (PNB) on Tuesday launched a cardless cash withdrawal facility for its customers on the occasion of its foundation day. Simultaneously, apart from cardless cash withdrawal and virtual debit cards, the bank also launched a number of select digital services on its mobile app named PNB One for secure banking transactions. The bank celebrated its 128th foundation day on Tuesday.
PNB MD & CEO Atul Kumar Goel said that PNB is witnessing strong growth amid recovery in the financial sector. With this, PNB is continuously working for digital change by introducing many new facilities.
Several new features on the App
PNB has launched Instant Personal Loan to pensioners, an application supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) facility on PNB One App. Launched various digital initiatives for employees like collection of loan EMIs through PNB 360 Information Portal, Trade Finance Redefined Portal and Bharat Bill Pay.

that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) had recently announced the introduction of cardless cash withdrawal facility for secure transactions. In this, users can withdraw cash from ATMs without debit and credit cards. Through this, it will help in preventing fraud from the card. The Reserve Bank had informed that cardless cash withdrawal can be done with the help of mobile authentication.
