Ration Card Latest Update: There is important news for the beneficiaries of the ration card. If you also take advantage of the free ration given by the government, then you may be shocked. Like July, this time too rice has not been supplied by the Food Corporation of India (FCI) in many districts with the government. Due to this, ration distribution has not been done in many districts so far. Wheat, sugar, gram, oil and salt have reached most of the ration shops in the state.
There may be delay in getting ration
According to the officials, rice is slowly reaching the ration shops soon. Officials say that distribution has been done in almost all the places, only a few places are left. It is worth noting that due to disturbances in the distribution system, such a problem had come in June as well. In fact, two kg of wheat, three kg of rice, one kg of gram, one kg of salt and one liter of oil are given to the cardholders by the government in one unit. Those who have Antyodaya card are given three kg of sugar at a concessional rate.
Ration card holder will have to wait
Ration card holders have to wait for ration. Point of sales machines (PoS) are not distributing ration due to non-allotment of rice at many ration shops. In such a situation, ration card holders are waiting for the supply of rice. In fact, due to the audit being conducted in the godown of Food Corporation of India, there is a delay in reaching rice at the ration shops. Ration has been distributed in almost all the places, it is expected that soon after the arrival of rice, ration distribution will start in other places also.
The news of surrendering the ration card is false and misleading
Earlier in May, many misleading news were spread in Uttar Pradesh under free ration. In which it was claimed that the Yogi government of UP has asked ineligible ration card holders to surrender the card. And it was also told that the government would recover from those who did not surrender the ration card. However, after this the State Food Commissioner denied the news going on in the media. At the same time, the government ordered that who gave such an order, it should be ascertained and action should be taken against him. After this update from the government, people got relief.
