SDO Anil Kumar said that on the basis of the reply to the notice given to the card holder families, the ration cards of 1374 families found ineligible have also been canceled. According to the information given by the SDO, the ration cards of people having pucca houses of more than three rooms, owners of farm-land and tractor-truck and car-bike or people doing government jobs are being canceled. Ration cards of maximum 626 families of Sherghati block have been canceled.
