The exam conducting body, the Reserve Bank Of India (RBI), has released the recruitment notification for the RBI Assistant posts. Applicants who are interested in applying for the same can check the eligibility criteria and apply on or before October 4, 2023.
The application process has started on opportunities.rbi.org.in. Applicants are advised to keep a check here or on the official websites for more updates and information regarding the same.
NUMBER OF VACANCIES
This recruitment drive would fill up to 450 Assistant vacancies within the organisation.
EXAM DATES
The online preliminary test of RBI Assistant 2023 is scheduled for October 21 and 23 and the main exam is likely to take place on December 2.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- To apply for the above-mentioned posts, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate can apply for the post.
- Candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree by September 1, 2023.
- In the case of SC, ST, and PwD candidates, there is no minimum marks requirement but a bachelor’s degree in pass class is needed.
- For ex-servicemen, the minimum requirement is graduation or matriculation or its equivalent examination and at least 15 years of defence service.

- SC/ST/PwBD/EXS: Rs 50 plus 18 per cent GST
- GEN/OBC/EWS: Rs 450 plus 18 per cent GST
