₹ 1000 will be made available as risk allowance to the outsourced electrical workers of Madhya Pradesh from the month of June. Orders for this have been issued by the Electricity Distribution Company on Wednesday. It has to be paid to the employees along with the same June salary.
In the matter, Ganesh Shankar Mishra, Managing Director of the Central Region Power Distribution Company, says that it has been decided to increase the convenience and satisfaction of the consumers. Taking care of the interests of the employees is the priority of the company along with increasing the revenue of the company including manufacturing and supplying quality power. In such a situation, it was decided by the state government that ₹ 1000 risk allowance will be made available every month to the outsourcing personnel by the company.

Giving information in the matter, the power distribution company says that its benefit is being started with a lump sum quarterly salary for the month of June instead of per month to the concerned outsourced line personnel. In the same May and June, the amount of ₹ 1000 per month at risk will be paid along with the salary of June. Along with this, the allowance will be paid to the employees on quarterly basis only.
