Two big IT companies of the country are going to increase the salaries of their employees. Infosys and HCL Technology have announced increase in the salaries of employees.
At the same time, the country’s second largest IT company Infosys will increase the salaries of its employees from November. Chief Financial Officer Neelanjan Roy said that there will be an increase in the salaries of the employees from November 1.
According to Moneycontrol, the official said that up to 85 percent of the variable amount will be transferred to most of the employees. It has been said in the official statement that Noida headquartered IT service company HCL Tech will hire 10 thousand freshers.
The company used to increase the salaries of employees above senior management in July and before that in April. There has been a delay in the company’s announcement of salary increase.
According to Moneycontrol, with this announcement of Infosys, it has become the third IT company, which has announced increase in the salary of its employees.
Let us tell you that Infosys has released the results for the second quarter of the financial year 2024. Infosys has registered a growth of 3.17 percent on annual basis and has earned a profit of Rs 6212 crore.
