State government has increased the honorarium of junior doctors of the state. The decision will benefit junior interns, PG first, second, third and MBBS resident doctors.
Chhattisgarh state government has announced to increase the honorarium of junior doctors. Junior doctors were demanding an increase in honorarium for a long time and due to this, junior interns, PG doctors, PG resident doctors were on strike in the state. The state government has announced to increase the honorarium of junior doctors in 4 categories. Tell that about 15 days ago, the government had announced an increase in the allowances of state employees, guest teachers, panchayat secretaries etc.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has increased the honorarium of junior doctors of the state. Last day on August 5, the Chief Minister said that while sharing the figures, it is satisfying that we have decided to increase the scholarship of junior doctors. After the announcement, the junior doctors who were on strike returned to work.
Honorarium of junior doctors of 4 categories increased
Junior doctors of PG second year have benefited the most from the increase in honorarium, as their honorarium has been increased to Rs 15,000. With the new announcement, his honorarium has gone up from 59200 to 74600 per month.
The new rates of scholarship/honorarium will be as follows-
PG 1st year – 53550 to 67500 per month
PG 2nd year – 56700 to 71450 per month
PG 3rd year – 59200 to 74600 per month
MBBS – 12600 to 15900 per month
The government had increased the allowances of these people in the last month of July.
Earlier in the month of July, the Chhattisgarh government increased the dearness allowance for state employees by 4 per cent to 42 per cent, which is at par with central employees. Along with this, an increase in the allowances of guest teachers, panchayat secretary, patwari, government servants was announced.
- The pay scale of contract employees was increased by 27%.
- The salary of 6,000 patwaris was increased by Rs 500 per month.
- The monthly salary of guest teachers was increased by Rs 2,000.
- The rate of daily wage workers was increased by Rs 4 thousand per month.
- The daily incentive amount of Mitanin trainers, block co-ordinators and help desk operators was increased by Rs 100.
- The house rent allowance of government servants was increased to 9%.
- The allowance of panchayat secretaries with less than 15 years of service was increased by Rs 2500.
- An increase of Rs 3000 was made for Panchayat Secretaries with more than 15 years of service.
