School Closed: Heavy rains have affected people across the country. The heavy rains in Rajasthan are causing trouble. From mountains to cities, rivers and streams are in spate. Many roads have been submerged, disrupting normal life. In view of this, the

administration has given instructions to keep schools closed in many districts on Monday. Due to heavy rains in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has held a meeting with all the senior officials and has given instructions to keep the schools of 4 districts affected by rain closed today on Monday 12 August 2024.

In a meeting held on Sunday, August 11, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has directed all senior officials to carry out relief work in rain-affected areas and ensure safety arrangements suggested by the Meteorological Department for the coming days.

Keeping in mind the heavy rain warning issued by the Meteorological Department, the District Collectors of Sawai Madhopur, Karauli, Bharatpur and Dausa have ordered all government and private schools in the districts to remain closed today. All schools from class one to twelfth have been closed due to yellow alert for rain.

Dausa District Collector Devendra Kumar has declared a holiday for children on Monday in all private and government schools in the district. This decision has been taken by the district administration so that both the safety and health of the students can be ensured.

Let us tell you that leave has been given only to students. Teachers and the rest of the school staff will be present in the school. Holiday has not been announced for them. The district administration has instructed all schools to strictly follow this order. The school head will have to ensure that this order is properly implemented in the school. If anyone is found violating this instruction, action will be taken against him under the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
