School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar has shared the order of the School Education Department on his Twitter account, the Education Minister wrote – Summer vacation was declared for the students till June 15, 2023. At present, keeping in view the adverse effect on the health of the students due to extreme heat and unexpected increase in temperature, summer vacation is declared for the students till 19.06.2023 in all the educational institutions running in the state.
After the order of the School Education Department, now the collectors of the state have also issued orders for holidays. Bhopal Collector Ashish Singh has issued an order saying that all government and private schools in the district will remain closed not till June 16 but till June 19. Keeping in view the health of the children and protection from the heat, instructions have been given to the District Education Officer regarding the opening of the school after the summer vacation in the district.
Indore Collector has also said in his order that keeping in view the scorching heat, all government/non-government/CBSE/ICSE schools in the district will be closed for the health and safety of the students. Schools related to all types of boards etc. will not operate for the students before 19.06.23. This order will be immediately effective.
