This time this record has been made with Redmi 12, which has been purchased more than 30 lakh times within the stipulated time.
Xiaomi India informed about the new sales record through its official account on microblogging platform X (earlier Twitter) and thanked its customers. This record shows that Xiaomi continues to dominate the Indian smartphone market and smartphones offering 5G connectivity at low prices are being liked a lot.
Record sales of Redmi 12 series
Redmi 12 series smartphones were launched in the Indian market in the second half of this year, which are being liked due to their powerful camera and performance. In the photo shared in its post, the company said that within 100 days, more than 30 lakh people have purchased Redmi 12 series phones. Before this, 10 lakh people had bought these phones in 28 days and 3 lakh people had bought these phones on the very first day of the sale.

Talking about the features, the Redmi 12 5G model has a 6.79 inch full HD+ LCD display. This display offers 2460×1080 pixel resolution and supports 90Hz refresh rate. This device has MIUI 14 software skin based on Android 13. For strong performance, the phone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
