We are very happy to have you as our Prime minister.We request you to address Muslims of India to improve their confidence and to make them feel they belong to India.

India must be free from crime becoz the government would made them busy in their work that people of India have no time or interest in doing crimes for money.

Give message to boost the confidence of govt sector employees to take new initiatives. Every year funds n resources going waste or misutilised because the capable people are not taking initiatives to deliver the better results. It is happening especially in Education.

Sir, there is floods every year in the North and in the South there is drought. Why don’t you make the dream of inter linking rivers come true. It is a herculean and time consuming project, but will benefit us for eternity. Can we hear about it this Aug 15th

I totally disagree with the suggestion put forwarded by Mr. M. R. C. Rao for reassuring only the Muslim community. P. M. Is the leader of the nation whose vision and action should reflect the betterment of every citizen. Of course for the around development of the Muslim community especially in education, health and social uplifting, the government can draw some special plan of action.
P. M. should give impetus for the education and health sector which is completely in disarray. From primary, secondary and University education system are in complete mess. Though both are state subjects, center can allocate sufficient budgetary allocations and ensure its proper utilisation.
Government should make it compulsory service in para military services for the youngsters between the age of 18 and 25 to inculcate patriotism, ability to face adverse situations.

I have two thought process to explore further:
1. Disparity in Education System need to be minimised across India as there are verious boards and different syllabus lacking in basic minimum learning.
2. The on job training with practical demo in school and college are lacking due to pilot infra is not available. This also need to have minimum basic level at every institute to improve knowledge and exposure of new generation. Make award and reward announcement on independence day.

Please speak as short as possible. You need to address more frequently to your own colleagues in the cabinet and other MPs & MLAs,to follow your path of progress than the general public. Don’t do politics of vendetta. Please tell the people only achievable targets with specifics rather that generalized plans.

Sir, Women empowerment through reservation in all walks of life, Having help line for poor women – they are abused at home and outside – causes their poverty, lack of education, alcoholic husbands or not working husbands. Please link alcohol consumption with Aadhaar and collect data to identify addicts. Have campaigns to remove addiction from our Bharat.

Ensure free ncert books to all poor students of India who follow those books. I had free education in IISc and I have been a tax payer for long – so education is to be seen as an investment. Have labs built in every town and ensure all children have access to them in summer holidays. NCC/NSS – make them mandatory, it will help nation building as students will be patriotic. Promote a vegetarian society and this over a period of time can remove caste. Have a TV channel dedicated for students and you can put all programs there – it should be in Hindi, English and regional languages like DD.

In India lot of mental health cases are not detected – please enhance mental health care and provide awareness on mental health – ideally a channel for health will be great. Mass media is important to reach out and lot of people can benefit from them.

Link rivers and help water starved southern states when feasible. Also partner with farmers instead of waiving loans – I think some ownership of land is a must for government when they give loan – this will make sure farmers can be advised on the right crop, modern techniques etc. This will go a long way in reducing suicides and also plug the revenue leak. Make sure people register for crop insurance. Also make River bonds to link and maintain rivers from people and announce the yield will have tax benefits.

Sanksrit can be the language of the future, see how we can get it across to all the states -India has to preserve this language.

Get a common stamp duty for registration of lands across India and make it like GST. Also ensure people can take to farming and buy the lands (agriculture may be helped a lot if we allow all citizens to buy lands – this can reduce govt burden also as more private money can flow in – places like karnataka have rules to prevent such things.

Have four zones in India and create zone specific plans – this will create lot of unity as against states which fight.

Encourage innovation and have private sector participation. Encourage research in health sciences in a big way – India needs lot of funds to tackle health challenges and our population is also ageing – it makes sense to have preventive health care.

Lot can be done – but let me stop here for now.

Being a senior citizen and having seen the freedom struggle in my child hood I feel a bit sad that a vast section of the informed public are continuously throwing mud on an organisation like RSS which I felt was instrumental in raising the urge for fighting for independence in the subjugated people of the country under foreign rule. It did mobilise youngsters, students and general public which probably helped the non-violent movement subsequently started by our father of the nation. I wish people restrain from blaming RSS endlessly. Calling names like ” saffron brigade”, cow vigilantes, etc. Is unwelcome. Let everyone participate in making the country Swarna Bharath.

Further, the Government Employees are always under the rule of corrupt politicians. We expect much from you to unshackle the bureaucracy from dominance of politicians. Let there be a professional bureaucracy who shall be accountable only to administrative tribunal. Let there be no punishment transfer.

We would also like you to touch upon India’s relationship with its immediate neighbours especially China and Pakistan.

I am sure your government has already done a lot in all the above matters. However a lot more needs to be done. Myself and my family wish you all the best in your endeavours.

Indian media is mainly responsible to tarnish our image . Image building on global basis is the need of our present scenario . Media must refrain from sensationalising minor incidents .
I have already suggested to organise an international conclave on making zero tolerance a global concept on corruption .
Our PM may like to appeal every one to desist from offering bribe . Bribe givers are equally responsible for rampant corruption in public life .
Focus must be on agents and middlemen who act as live wire to arrange deals and exchange money . Judiciary in the lower courts is full of corruption .
The most important announcement to be made to be on time frame of maximum two years to settle any court case . Many applicants die in wait to hear final judgement in their case. Judges are being controlled by Advocates and go on granting only dates . Some cases are pending for more than two decades . Judges who do not perform must be sacked .

Sir, our judiciary must deliver fair judgement at much faster and time bound rate. There should be limit to appeals depending upon the gravity of crime. There should be provision of penalty against lawyers who manipulate law and ask for adjournment repeatedly. Courts should be made answerable for unreasonable delays.

Dear PM sir i want to state you that there are so many employees working on outsource in uttar pradesh in Dr RMLIMS & various other Public sector institutions from more than 10 to 15 years & even they were paying very less. kindly allow them to murge them as a permanent employee, there is no one who help them, kindly look into the matter, we are working as same as permanent employee but our salary is very low to survive in this 21st century. We dont have any Job security, there are various posts posted and management appointed new employees but we are working & experienced the same work more than 10 years but they dont appoint us or give any weightege. Dear Honorable Prime Minister Sir,

First of all I would like to say that I am fortunate and delighted to have an Indian Prime Minister like you during my life time. I listened to your innovative ideas right from day one after you taking over as PM of India. Be it that of “Model Village – asking your elected politicians to pick a village and turn it into a Model Village, or encouraging the bureaucrats in the very initial meetings to perform and yield results and not be afraid of ministers, their whims and fancies, Make in India campaign, Skill India movement, Swachch Bharat Swasth Bharat, Demonetisation etc. and lastly the mother of all reforms – the GST implementation.

While thinking and amendments needs to be done in certain areas of products and services e.g. Educational Products (HS Code 9023) have been put under highest slab of 28% GST – which is not good. This has reduced the purchasing capacity of teaching instituitions and will hamper your government’s initiative of “Education for All” in the long run.

SUV segment in passenger vehicles has witnessed decrease in prices, thereby encouraging buyers to go for bigger SUVs rather than small vehicles. Bigger vehicles (SUVs) means more pollution. So this will partly defeat your efforts to have a cleaner India. Some correction/amendments needs to be done. There are more areas/sectors which need review…I am sure the process is on and we might see the necessary amendments /announcements in the weeks/months to come.

Besides, I think you must include the following, in your speech on the forthcoming Independence Day.

1. Increase the Tax Base rather than increasing Tax ….. Cars or Individual passenger vehicles are a burden on the government machinery and exchequer. As the number increases, more roads are needed, wider roads are needed, more funds are needed to clean the environment of the pollution these vehicles produce. All these activities need money. So government must think of taxing the cars on annual basis besides one time road tax. Put a cap on the number of four-wheelers a family can own and put heavy penalty and more tax on such vehicles.

2. Reservation : It is time for a Reform in Reservation Policy – Reservation must be based on economical condition of a person rather than caste or religion. Secondly, RELIEF should be in terms of full or partial waiver of say school/college fees, medical treatment charges etc. rather than relexation/relief of merit.

3. Illegal constructions and Encroachments : Demolition of illegally constructed building or encroached building is a NATIONAL WASTAGE. When a building is illegally constructed, the officers of the local agencies know what is going on. And ignore such activities for individual petty gains. Government must bring a LAW to identify the various officers of different government agencies and impose harsh penalty on erring officers, financially and professionally.

In case of road accidents people gather, capture photos, record videos but unfortunately does not take victims to hospitals. In our country having one of the best cultures this is absurd & show we have lost sensitivity towards humanity.

To be brief yet to the point , my suggestions:
1. Address to masses are more effective thru Visual Media – your work / policies/ improvements at grass root levels may be broadcasted on an on going basis in between popular TV shows on ALL channels regularly like an advertisement : short but impactful.
2. The So called working & lower income group citizens NEED to be EDUCATED with BASIC literacy – reading & writing skills in 2 languages Compulsorily : 1. Mother Tongue & 2. Local language – Hindi or English or state language.
All municipal schools may be used for free classes : women afternoon & men night .
This is especially suggested as the domestic helpers/ taxi or private car drivers / come to work in cities, earn a high salary ; but for lack of direction get into habits of playing cards & gambling big time ; waste their huge untaxed , cash income . They DO NOT listen to elders like me about value of opportunity etc.
3. Exercise & Health centres be made available at ALL gardens & Parks for ALL citizens . And be open all day – 5am to 10pm
Infants , women , are able to use these facilities once family is taken care of – 10 am -5pm ; mostly all gardens are kept closed for lack of funds to keep guards full time. ALSO gym facilities should be made available at ALL parks & Gardens ( e.g. Singapore !)
These suggestions are for ALL cities , no matter where people reside !
3. I read a few suggestions of others & on that my comment:
Teachers need to be Trained every year – 1 week ; evaluated on a character exam ; parents & students may also rate their teachers .
AND their salaries MUST be increased in ratio of Fees being levied by schools.
Municipal School teachers too should be in this standard , only then can the masses come up in character building value system.

The occasion of Independence day give us sense of belonging and joy of our being masters of our own course. However all this is not possible without naming

1. The warriors of our defence establishment including police personnel who lose their life in the line of duty and ensure our continued freedom. We should devote our time in thanking them on this historic day to boost their morale and
2. Call upon every Govt of state / UT to look at organised development like cleanliness, basic facility for citizens and accountability of organisation / person engaged in the public service.

Further the important step taken by you in Swachh Bharat is not being addressed by respective MCD in the state of Delhi, where I live, and they need to be reminded again of the subject as well as a reminder to the general citizens of its importance in keeping our life simple and clean to avoid disease etc.

The encroachment of public land and creation of illegal development / construction is causing great hardship and in times to come the entire roads and other infrastructure will be very much strained and will create massive problem of management.

Child education is extremely poor in India and specially in Indian villages . I think this is also a big issue government to look after that actually if child get Schooling at early stages then they will be good citizen of India and education should be must for them . Poors are more in the country we have to teach them how to get the govt benefits to each and every person. Educate all people make them good citizen.

Brief of points for the speech on 15th August:

Our Vision to convert India in Global center for technology
• Any country cannot be strong unless strong in technology; we have to make India a Technology independent country, Innovative country.
• Vision towards education and investment in field of education
• It needs quality teachers, professors, and faculties. The Technical institutes must have to work/ teach product oriented and should work on collaboration with private industries partnership on projects of live problems.
Please focus on farmers
• For many decades, farmers have been the most sufferer people. They have more expectations from this govt. I am totally against to waive off loans but they can be facilitates by this amount. They need storage for their grains; government must take care for the wastage of grains, mechanism to sell their grains direct to the market, etc.
Oath to fight against Corruption:
• More transparency less corruption
• Need mechanism and awareness to complain about the corruption, how, whom, where to complain. People do not know. Educate he people, students by optional subjects. Not possible to make Corruption free country without awareness of people.
• Govt official more responsible for that. .
• Compulsory to use Aadhar card for any purchase/transaction more than 20,000/ . all transaction for Gold or precious item.
• Online display for detailed specifications of any govt tenders in their website.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Go green
• Water harvesting technology and awareness, make compulsory for builders
• Compulsory: Number of flats = number of plants/tree to be planted in same campus by the builder before the start of plinth of buildings.

Biggest evil in Indian society is CAST BASED RESERVATION. Govt must abolish this immediately. Provide help to poor of all cast and religion in terms of education, health and security. All must earn, work and grow as competitive and not BASED ON RESERVATION in all sections, Birth, Education, Service, and than promotion.
