TCS Hiring: Hiring 35,000 freshers in the first half of 022-23 out of which 20,000 freshers have joined the company during the second quarter.
TCS Fresher Addition: The country’s leading IT TCS has not disappointed the students and youth like other IT companies in its sector, whom the company had made a job offer to give them jobs. Announcing the second quarter results from TCS, it said that the company has hired 35,000 freshers in the first half of 2022-23, out of which 20,000 freshers have joined the company during the second quarter. The company can employ 10,000 to 12,000 more freshers in the current financial year.
In fact, recently it was reported in the media that the students who were given offer letters by leading IT companies like Wipro, Infosys and Tech Mahindra, firstly their joining took 3 to 4 months. and later canceled the offer given to him. These students were given offer letters after several rounds of interviews and a rigorous selection process. But later the companies rejected the offer letter given to these students.
However, the freshers to whom the offer letter was given by TCS have been hired. According to the company, all the jobs that were offered have been completed. The company’s Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkar said that TCS has fulfilled the promise of all the job offers that were made. The company had earlier announced to hire 40,000 freshers in the current financial year. Out of which 35,000 have been hired and 10 to 12000 more will be hired. Last year the company had hired 1 lakh freshers. The total workforce of TCS has increased to 6,16,171.
