TCS Q1 Results, on which day TCS Dividend will be revealed

According to the information given in the exchange filing, TCS will release the financial results for April-June 2023 next week on July 12 i.e. Wednesday. The company has informed in the filing that the meeting of the Board of Directors of TCS is to be held on Wednesday and the board’s approval will be taken on the company’s financial results and dividend. Regarding the interim dividend, the company has informed that if it is approved by the board, then the record date for this will be July 20, 2023.

TCS Dividend History: How has been the record so far

In terms of dividend, the record of Tata Group’s IT company TCS has been excellent. For the last financial year 2022-23, the company had distributed a dividend of Rs 115 per share to the shareholders. This company was listed in 2004 and since then every year it has distributed dividend to the shareholders. In 2004, it had given an interim dividend of Rs 3.
