Telecom operators and infrastructure providers are also going to get a lot of help from this. DoT Secretary Neeraj Mittal has written a letter to the secretaries of all the states in this matter. He has said that everyone should ensure by November 30. After this, the new rules of the RoW portal will be implemented from January 1.
In this context, DoT Secretary Neeraj Mittal said, ‘The new rule should come into effect from January 2025. The current RoW rule should be stopped here. ‘ That is, now the new rule will be implemented. After the new rule comes, the states will be given more power that they can give clarification to the authority on this matter themselves.
