In many circumstances, the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) allows employees to withdraw before their PF account matures. These circumstances include medical needs, house construction, education etc. However, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had also provided great relief to the employees by announcing the Prime Minister’s Poor Welfare Package in this critical time of Corona virus epidemic. He had announced to allow employees to withdraw three months salary or 75 per cent of the amount from their PF account.
According to EPFO ​​rules, if an employee is terminated from the job, he can withdraw 75% of his total PF fund after one month. At the same time, if an employee has been unemployed for two months, then he can withdraw 100 percent of his PF fund. Let us know how withdrawal can be done from PF account.

Step 3. Now you have to verify by entering the last four digits of your bank account.

Step 5. Now you have to choose the purpose of the claim. In this you can also choose COVID-19.
Step 6. Now the number of rupees to be withdrawn will have to be filled.
Step 7. After this you will have to upload a scan copy of your check and fill in the address.
Step 8. Now you have to click on the option to get Aadhaar OTP.
Step 9. OTP on your mobile will have to be filled and submitted.
Step 10. After your request is approved, the claim amount will come in your account. You can also get information about the claim status on the portal.Â
