- Wearing helmet is compulsory for both the riders on two wheeler.
- 2000 challan can be deducted for not wearing helmet

- If there is no BIS mark on the helmet, then an additional challan of Rs 1000
Challan even for wearing slippers
- It is necessary to wear shoes and full pants while driving a two wheeler, otherwise the challan can be cut
- Drunk driving is punishable with imprisonment of up to 6 months and/or a fine of up to Rs 10,000.
- If there is a child on the vehicle then the speed will also have to be limited to only 40 km per hour.
