Haricharan Yadav, Bhopal. Corona is earning 15 and 30 rupees daily from 1.25 million people by selling railway tickets during the crisis. These rupees are being taken in the name of convenience fee. That too when no decision has been taken on the running of trains since April 15. This ticket is being sold by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) of the Indian Railways, which is a railway undertaking.

In the hope of going from one place to another, people are also booking tickets online by paying a convenience fee, if the trains do not run, then they will suffer loss sitting at home. Whereas, Railways and IRCTC will benefit. In the name of this facility fee, the Railways is earning Rs 22 lakhs daily from all over the country.

Explain that the Ministry of Railways on Saturday clarified that it has not released any plans to operate passenger trains from April 15 and a decision will be taken later. The railway said through a tweet that there were reports in the media that the Railways has started preparations to resume all its services from April 15 after postponing passenger trains for 21 days due to corona virus. Railways said that no decision has been taken yet to start trains services. Whenever the Railways take a decision, it will be informed

Why is the railway selling tickets online

Why trains are selling tickets online when trains are not scheduled to run? This is wrong, tickets should not be sold. In such a situation, people are sitting and sitting at a loss. If the booking is closed then people do not have hope and they do not make the booking. Doing this does not harm them.

Fee will not be refunded

Facility fee is pre-fixed. If trains are canceled the full fare is paid back, but this fee will not be refunded.
