TVS Jupiter 110 vs Hero Xoom 110: Apart from Bluetooth connectivity, the Hero Xoom 110 has digital console cornering LED lamps, integrated LED DRLs, LED projector headlamps, H-shaped LED taillight, boot light, i3S engine start/stop function and USB charging port.
The specification list of TVS Jupiter includes LED lightbar and digital instrument cluster, fuel filler cap inside the front apron, LCD instrument cluster, SmartXonnect smartphone connectivity and mild-hybrid technology.
There are many options in the 110 cc scooter segment in the Indian auto market. TVS has recently increased the competition in the segment by revamping its popular Jupiter 110. In the Indian market, the TVS Jupiter 110 competes directly with the Hero Xoom 110. Let’s know about both of them.
Design and Dimensions
The larger platform of the 125cc sibling adopted by the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110 helps in enhancing the riding experience at least in terms of space. Compared to the Hero Xoom 110, it is slightly longer than the Jupiter, but the latter is narrower in width and taller in height.
While the Xoom has a slight edge in wheelbase and weight, it is completely outdone by the Jupiter’s larger platform and rear-shifted fuel tank for more space under the seat.
This extra storage space can house helmets, bags or other items. The Jupiter’s under-seat storage is claimed to have enough space to fit two half-face helmets.
Specifications
Both the TVS Jupiter 110 and Hero Xoom 110 have similiar displacement engines. However, there is a difference in the performance of the two. The Xoom develops slightly more peak power, but the Jupiter makes more torque.
