After operating the metro rail in Ghaziabad, Noida, Lucknow and Kanpur, now the Yogi government is preparing to run metro rail in many more cities as well. The people of Agra and a large number of tourists coming from India and abroad will soon be able to enjoy the Metro Rail. There the construction work is going on at a brisk pace.

Recently, in a meeting before the cabinet of four departments related to the urban development sector , Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave many instructions regarding the movement of metro and electronic buses.
It is the intention of the Yogi government to start metro rail service in Kashi, Meerut, Gorakhpur, Jhansi and Prayagraj. During the presentation, the Chief Minister directed the officials of the concerned department to initiate necessary process in this regard
