How to contact customer service
If this ever happens to you, then immediately call the customer service center or you can also call the UPI service provider. Along with this, they have to provide all the information related to the transaction like reference number, time and date and other information. But giving this information will not get your money back.
Tell me your problem
You can call the customer service and explain the reason to get the money back. You have to tell whether your money has gone to the account of a wrong person or the money has gone to someone by mistake. After this, customer service will evaluate your problem and work on the basis of the information provided by you. But your request should be within the time limit, if you complain after taking time then you will not get the money.
After that your request is scrutinized by the UPI service provider and if all the information is found correct then the process of your payment reversal is started. After this, the UPI service provider keeps giving you written information and after a certain time, money is deposited in your account.
