Railways is engaged in making time table for 100 Vande Bharat Express to be run across the country in the current financial year. These trains also include Vande Bharat between Lucknow-Moradabad-Anand Vihar (Delhi) and Anand Vihar-Moradabad-Kathgodam passing through Moradabad division.
In the All India Time Table meeting of the Railway Board from July 5 to 7 in Secunderabad , there was a brainstorm on the time table. Railway officials associated with the time table of zonal and divisional departments across the country participated in the meeting. In this the time table of Vande Bharat Express was discussed. In the meeting, it was emphasized to include the Vande Bharat Express, which was run in the recent past, in the time table and make way for these trains to reach the destination in less time.

Emphasis was being laid on reaching Gorakhpur Lucknow Vande Bharat Express in three hours instead of 4:20 hours, Anand Vihar-Dehradun Vande Bharat Express in 3:15 hours instead of 4:45 hours. Cancellation of some regular trains was suggested to reduce the timing of Vande Bharat Express, which was rejected by Railway Board officials. It was asked to fix timings for the proposed Vande Bharat Express to run at different places of the country and to determine the route to reach Rajdhani and Shatabdi in less time. Some Mandal officials were ready to cooperate in this arrangement, while the rest did not agree to it.

There was discussion about running Lucknow-Moradabad-Anand Vihar and Kathgodam-Moradabad-Lucknow Vande Bharat. Planned on giving way to Lucknow to Anand Vihar Vande Bharat Express to reach in seven hours. It was informed that trains clashing with the schedule of Vande Bharat train on this route will have to be canceled and some trains will have to be diverted.
Railway Board officials were not ready on this. If the time table is not prepared, the officials have taken the operation chart of the trains running on the concerned route from the officials of all the zones. Now the board will take the final decision.
