The wait is about to end by traveling in India’s 5th Vande Bharat train. Its trial was started by Indian Railways at MG Ramachandran Central Railway Station in Chennai. Vande Bharat will be South India’s first indigenously manufactured high-speed train, which will be launched from November 11. This train will be run between Chennai to Mysuru.
Talking about the high speed of this Vande Bharat Express train , which will run from November 11, 2022, it will run at a speed of 180 to 200 kilometers per hour. This fifth train train of Vande Bharat will cover a distance of about 497 km in 6 hours 40 minutes and will run six days a week.
Which facilities will be available
All the 16 coaches of the train are fitted with automatic doors, which, like the Metro, will automatically open and close before departure. It will also have a GPS based audio-visual passenger information system. In addition, there is onboard hotspot Wi-Fi and very comfortable seating. Along with this, Vande Bharat train will also have rotating chairs.
On which route will this superfast train run?
The train will depart MGR Chennai Central at 5:50 am and arrive Bengaluru City Junction at 10:25 am. Thereafter, it will depart from Bangalore at 10:30 am and reach its last stop Mysore at 12:30 pm.
PM will show green signal
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the country’s fifth Vande Bharat Express during his visit to Bengaluru on November 11. After this, PM Modi will inaugurate the second terminal of Kempegowda International Airport built at a cost of Rs 5,000 crore. He will also unveil a 108-feet tall statue of Bengaluru’s founder Nadaprabhu Kempegowda during his visit to the state.

It is worth mentioning that Vande Bharat high-speed train is earlier being run between Delhi-Varanasi, Mumbai-Gandhinagar, New Delhi to Katra in place of Mata Vaishnav Devi and New Delhi to Andaura. Andaura city is located in Himachal Pradesh.
