VIVO today introduced a new smartphone, expanding its product portfolio in the tech market. This Vivo mobile has been added to the ‘Y’ series which has been launched with the name Vivo Y55s.
This 5G phone has currently been launched in the Chinese market only, which supports 6,000mAh Battery, MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, 8GB RAM and 50 Megapixel Dual Camera. Talking about the features and specifications of the phone, Vivo Y55S 5G phone has been launched on a 6.58-inch FullHD + Waterdrop Notch display with 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution. The screen of the phone is built on an LCD panel which works at 60Hz refresh rate. While the three sides of the phone display are bezel-less, there is a slight chin part at the bottom.
Vivo Y55s 5G phone has been launched on Android 11 based OriginOS 1.0 which works on MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 chipset with octa-core processor. Vivo has introduced this phone in a single variant which supports 128 GB internal storage with 8 GB RAM memory. The price of this phone is 1699 Yuan, which is close to Rs 20,000 according to Indian currency
Vivo Y55S 5G phone supports rear rear camera for photography. On the back panel of the phone, a 50-megapixel primary sensor with F / 1.8 aperture equipped with LED flash has been given, along with a 2-megapixel macro sensor with F / 2.4 aperture. Similarly, this Vivo phone supports 8 megapixel front camera for selfie and video calling.
Vivo Y55s 5G supports basic connectivity features as well as features like 3.5mm jack and USB Type C port. For security, while the fingerprint sensor embedded power button has been given on the side panel of the phone, for power backup, this phone supports a large battery of 6,000 mAh, which is equipped with 18W fast charging technology. This Vivo phone has entered the market in Blue, Pink and Black colors.
