According to Govil, Wipro aims to automate most of the things an HR has to deal with. The company wants 80 per cent queries to be resolved through bots, so that HR professionals can act as coaches and focus more on how to improve and manage the team .

Will have to work from office

According to Govil, Wipro expects employees to work from the office. He said that the existing employees working from home have been asked to come to office thrice a week. However, there are some people who have to work from office for five days a week.
The good news is that Wipro is yet to mandate remote working, as Apple, TCS and Amazon have done.
