Infosys CEO said that the company is allowing employees to work from both home and office. The CEO said that some of the clients want their projects to be handled from office instead of home and hence the clients are demanding the company to employ such employees from office.

A senior official of the country’s largest IT company Infosys said that the employees of Infosys are ready to work from both work form home and work form office. But some clients of Infosys have demanded the company to handle their projects from office and not from home.

The CEO said this big thing in the Annual General Meeting

Answering a shareholder question at the company’s 42nd Annual General Meeting, Infosys Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director Salil Parekh said that in future, there will be a need for more social capital where people can innovate, train, etc. need to be connected to each other.

Infosys employees ready for every situation

The CEO said that the company is seeking that employees have the ability to work from home or work in a hybrid manner. The CEO said that in some cases, clients want their projects to be handled off-site, so we have employees who are working inside the campus.
