7th Pay commission update: In Madhya Pradesh, now the demand for dearness allowance has started rising at par. In fact, on March 30, the central government had increased the dearness allowance for central employees by 3 percent.

Therefore, the allowance has increased from 31 per cent to 34 per cent. For the last 10 days, the employees’ organizations waited for the order of the government, but till now the state government has not taken a decision in this regard, but has not even held a meeting till now.

7th Pay commission update: Employees’ organizations have told that if inflation is at its peak, then the increase in dearness allowance is also the responsibility of the government. At present, the government is giving 31 percent DA in Madhya Pradesh. In such a situation, 3 percent dearness allowance is being given less to the employees.

7th Pay commission update: Employees’ organizations have also warned of agitation to increase DA. On the other hand, the Congress is also seen standing with the employees’ organizations on the matter.

Former minister and Congress MLA PC Sharma said that the state government is anti-employee. This is the reason that the state government is not able to give arrears, old pension scheme and now dearness allowance like the Centre. He said that Congress will support the workers’ organizations at every level for the rights of the employees.
