After installing the latest WhatsApp update in your iPhone, you can set different backgrounds in different chat windows.
You can apply any wallpaper you like in the chat window of WhatsApp contacts. Currently, only one wallpaper can be set from the wallpaper option found in WhatsApp, which is visible in the background of all chats. With the new option, users can put different wallpapers in dark mode, in addition to different wallpapers for each chat. Users will get an option to make a photo wallpaper from their phone’s gallery, choose a solid color or default doodle background.

The latest iOS version of WhatsApp must be installed in your phone before searching the new feature. Tweeting about the new update from WABetaInfo, it has been said that WhatsApp for iOS 2.20.130 is available on the App Store and has brought advanced features support to set your wallpaper. However, ‘some’ users have not received this feature even after installing the update. Soon a similar feature can be given to Android users.

– If Dark Mode is enabled then you will be able to select an available Dark Mode wallpaper in the app or select a photo from the phone. Here the wallpaper can be changed for different chats and groups.
– If you want to change the wallpaper for the light theme, then you can select the custom wallpaper after turning off the Dark Mode.
