A Mumbai based startup named Storm Motors has introduced a unique yet great looking electric car. Regarding this, the company claims that it is the cheapest EV in the world.

Price only Rs 4.5 lakh

A Mumbai-based electric vehicle startup has claimed that they have created the world’s cheapest electric car. This startup named Storm Motors has launched Storm R3, which costs just Rs 4.5 lakh.

Mumbai based Storm Motors has also started booking for this electric car and customers can book Storm R3 with just Rs 10,000 token amount. The company has made this car available in three variants. The EV also gets a sizable sunroof and can be driven up to 50 km on a single charge.

It does not count in three-wheeler

In the first phase, this electric car has been introduced only for the customers of Delhi-NCR and Mumbai.

According to the company’s website, customers of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, New Delhi, Gurugram and Noida can currently buy this EV. This electric car is quite unique and attractive in appearance.

This EV comes with three wheels but it is not counted in three-wheeler because the front part of the three-wheeler has 1 wheel, while the rear part of this car has been given one wheel.
