The hospital administration has issued instructions to spread awareness about the corona virus.
Hospital MS Dr. Janakraj told that daily hundreds of people from all over the state reach the hospital for treatment of various diseases. In the coming days, if a patient is found to be corona positive then it will be necessary to identify the people in contact with the patient. These people can be easily identified with the Arogya Setu app because this app can show the location of the previous days, where the person must have gone. This rule will not be applicable to patients who do not have a smartphone.
Will be aware at entry and exit gate
Security personnel will make people aware of Arogya Setu App at the entry and exit gate in IGMC. Apart from this, instructions have been given to make the patients and the Timardars admitted by the hospital administration aware of the app. The app is being downloaded on the spot in the smartphone.

Works using your mobile phone’s Bluetooth, GPS and mobile phone number. For this, first you have to go to Google Play Store and download it. As soon as you install it in your phone. It asks you to choose your language. It then asks you for permission for Bluetooth and GPS data. When you allow it, it uses your mobile phone number, Bluetooth and location data for contact tracing and tells if you are under corona risk.
