In view of illegal use of mobile SIM cards, the Department of Telecom (DoT) has recently launched a tool Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection (TAFCOP). With the help of this online tool/portal, users can check all the phone numbers linked to their Aadhaar number.

Through the TAFCOP website, you can easily find out how many SIMs have been issued on your Aadhar card so far. Apart from this, you can get rid of those numbers which are issued from your Aadhaar but you do not have the number. If any mobile number is linked with your Aadhaar number without your knowledge, then you can also complain about it.

You can do this online:
1. To know about your Aadhaar linked mobile SIM, you must first go to https://tafcop.dgtelecom.gov.in/.
2. Here you have to enter your phone number.
3. After this you have to click on ‘Request OTP’ button.
4. After this, you will have to enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
5. Now all the numbers related to your Aadhaar number will be visible on the website.
6. Where users can report and block numbers that are not in use or are no longer needed.
