How to deactivate caller tune through SMS
– SMS is the easiest way to remove Jio caller tune from your number.
– User has to send an SMS to the number 56789 by typing Stop.
– Here you will get the option to cancel the Geotunes subscription.
– Once deactivated, you will get a confirmation text on your Jio number.
How to deactivate caller tune through MyJio app
– Open the Jio app on your smartphone.
– Go to the menu. Here you will find the option of JioTunes. Tap on it.
– This will take you to the ‘My Subscription’ page.
– Below you will see the option of Deactivate JioTune, tap on it.
– It will ask whether you want to deactivate JioTune. Select yes
How to deactivate caller tune through IVR
Apart from SMS and MyJio app, you can also deactivate it through IVR service.
– For this, you have to dial 155223 from your Jio number.
– Follow the steps mentioned here.
– Once deactivated, you will get a confirmation text on your Jio number.
