Railway Ministry also implemented the order
Indian Railways made it mandatory to enter the destination address while booking tickets on the IRCTC website and app after the rapid spread of the corona epidemic in March 2020. But due to the reduction in the cases of Kovid-19, now the information about the destination address will not be given from the IRCTC side by the passengers. This order has also been implemented by the Ministry of Railways.
The rules are being withdrawn from the railway side.
The address of the destination used to help in tracing the Kovid positive person as the Kovid case increased. In order to overcome the infection during the Corona period, the Railways had implemented many rules. The rules are being withdrawn one by one when the cases of corona decrease and the situation becomes normal.

Orders have also been given to the Railway Zone not to take the destination address of the Railway Ministry. CRIS and IRCTC have also made changes in the software as per the order.
Prior to this, the railways has resumed the facility of pillow-blanket, which was closed during the corona epidemic, in AC coaches. This facility is being restored by the Railways in different phases. After this, pillows and blankets are being provided to the passengers in various trains to sleep at night.
