Reliance Jio’s heavy data plans

Leading telecom operator in India offers prepaid plans which are slightly more affordable than other telcos. The telco has a lot to offer, however, one of the tender plans from the telco is the 2GB/day plan.

Jio offers a prepaid plan that offers 2GB data per day for a validity period of 28 days at a price tag of Rs 499. This plan offers unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS/day. In addition, users get access to some Jio applications along with an annual subscription to the Disney+ Hotstar mobile OTT platform.

Users looking for more data can go for the 3GB/day plan. Jio offers a 3GB/day prepaid plan with a validity period of 28 days at a price of Rs 601. Unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS/day are available in this plan. Apart from 3GB data per day, users also get a total of 6GB additional data. This plan provides an annual subscription to the Disney + Hotstar mobile OTT platform.

Bharti Airtel’s heavy data plans

Bharti Airtel offers prepaid plans similar to Reliance Jio, however, the benefits that come with it are slightly different. The telco also offers a 2GB/day prepaid plan at a price tag of Rs 499 for a validity period of 28 days.

Unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS/day are available in this plan. The plan includes additional benefits such as a free trial for the mobile version Amazon Prime Video as well as access to Wynk Music. This plan of Bharti Airtel also provides annual subscription of Disney + Hotstar mobile.

On the other hand, the 3GB/day plan is slightly cheaper than Jio. The telco offers a 3GB/day prepaid plan for a validity period of 28 days at a price tag of Rs 599. Unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS/day are available in this plan.

The benefits of this plan are also similar, as users get access to an annual subscription to Disney+ Hotstar Mobile. Mobile Edition Amazon Prime Video and Wink Music get a free trial.

Vodafone Idea heavy data plans

Lastly, Vodafone Idea or Vi do not offer any 2GB plans that offer the same additional benefits as the above two telcos. Vi offers a 2GB/day plan priced at Rs 359 for a validity period of 28 days.

Unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS/day are available in this plan. The plan does not provide access to any OTT platform. However, the telco offers the same 3GB/day plan as Reliance Jio and offers more data as well.

Vi offers a 3GB/day plan at a price tag of Rs 601 for a validity period of 28 days. Unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS/day are available in this plan. In addition to the daily 3GB data, users also get a total of 16GB additional data. This plan comes with an annual subscription to the Disney+ Hotstar mobile OTT platform.

In addition, both the mentioned plans of Vi offer additional benefits which include a “Binge All Night” feature that allows users to have unlimited internet access from 12 midnight to 6 am.

Users can also take their unused data from Monday through Friday to Saturday and Sunday in what is called the “Weekend Rollover” benefit. Apart from this, users also get 2GB data backup every month at no extra cost.
