If you are a Jio user then there is good news for you. Actually, the company has introduced a new great feature to eliminate the tension of recharging customers again and again.
Actually, to ease the process of mobile recharge, Reliance Jio and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) have announced UPI Autopay. Now crores of Jio users will be able to take advantage of UPI Autopay for automatic recharge without any hassle.
Through this facility, Jio users can set up orders for their preferred tariff plan using UPI autopay on the MyJio app and then no longer have to worry about recharging mobiles again and again. Let us tell you that Reliance Jio has become the first telecom company in India to start such a service for the customers.
Now Jio users do not have to worry about getting recharged again, now Jio users do not have to worry about their existing plan expires and recharge it again. With UPI Autopay, users can automate the recharge process. By doing so, their mobile number will be automatically recharged in the already selected plan as soon as the existing plan expires. Amazing feature isn’t it?
Users can change the setting anytime.
The good thing is that users do not even need to enter their UPI PIN for recharge transactions up to Rs.5,000. Users can change the time settings and turn off auto-recharge or change the plan they wish to recharge with in future. Jio users will also have the option to remove the e-mandate for the tariff plan as per their requirement through UPI AUTOPAY.
This feature will prove to be very useful for many people, as through this they will be able to recharge the mobile numbers of their parents and children without any hassle. Users will not have to keep an eye on when the mobile recharge is expiring. They can simply set up UPI autopay and have a tension free mobile experience with Reliance Jio.
Service available only for Prepaid users
Note that the Service is only for Prepaid users of the Company. All postpaid users will have to keep recharging manually. Other private telcos including Airtel and Vodafone Idea are also now planning to launch a similar facility.
