Jagran Bureau, New Delhi. Preparations are being made to open the lockdown in a phased manner, but even if everything goes well, more than half the country will probably remain under ban. In discussion with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, where the Chief Ministers of most states also asked to increase the lockdown in view of the corona infection. At the same time, the Prime Minister, while keeping the preparations for the war with Corona, also indicated the wheel of the economy and asked the states to prepare its formula here.

If everything goes well, only half the country will be able to open

He indirectly cited companies fleeing from China and said that this period of crisis can be turned into opportunity. It should be prepared. Despite this, however, it should be assumed that even if everything goes well, only half the country will be able to open. Actually this exemption will be available only in those districts which are exempt from Corona. Along with industrial production, e-marketing will be exempted. This exemption will not be limited to only essential items. But along with air services and rail services, the Corona Red Zone area, goods and theaters will also remain closed. School and college will remain closed for a long time. The final decision will be made only after the results till the last day.

Now Corona is going to remain, so vigilance is necessary at every level

After Monday’s video conferencing, the only indication of district-wise relief is emerging. Keep in mind that in the present situation about one hundred and four hundred corona are infected in about seven hundred districts of the country. Although there is a steady increase in such districts where corona cases have not come up for the last 28 days, but some districts are coming cases even after a month. Cases have started coming up in cities where there were no cases till now. So this is a matter of concern for the Chief Ministers as well. Maharashtra is currently the biggest concern. But the Prime Minister turned a sigh of relief and said – ‘More cases are coming.

It should not be pressurized because the whole country is struggling with it. But it has to be stepped up and ensure that it is controlled. ‘ The Prime Minister also cautioned that the corona is still living, so vigilance is necessary at all levels. But with this, every state should make a plan to start economic activity as per the situation.

Nitish demanded to make policy for migrants

All the Chief Ministers except West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee were present at the meeting. But only nine states got the opportunity to speak, including Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Odisha’s Naveen Patnaik. Nitish demanded a policy regarding migrants. Actually, the way some state governments are taking the children of their state from Rajasthan’s quota, then there is political pressure on Nitish. Nitish said that this is not possible for the government given the current guidelines of the central government. In such a situation, the Center should formulate a policy regarding migrants.

Demand for package and central assistance from Congress ruled states

At the same time, mainly demanded package and central assistance from the Congress ruled states. It is said that the Prime Minister has indicated to him that a decision will be taken regarding the situation in the coming days. He has also asked the state governments to make a complete plan. It is believed that a decision may be announced by the Prime Minister on Saturday.
