NEET PG 2022 Exam : Will NEET PG 2022 exam not be held on May 21, petition filed in Supreme Court

The petition has been filed on behalf of Advocate Sandeep S Tiwari. Sandeep has also tweeted about this. 

He wrote, “On behalf of the All India Medical Students Association (AIMSA), we have moved the Supreme Court against the NEET PG 2022 examination scheduled for May 21, 2022. Candidates raised their issue. Candidates have filed their complaints due to the conflict of exam dates with the ongoing counseling for NEET PG 2021.

Students have been running a movement on Twitter for the past several days to postpone the NEET PG 2022 exam. When the NMC and the Health Ministry did not respond in the matter, the students approached the Supreme Court. The All India Medical Students Association (AIMSA) has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking postponement of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET PG 2022) for post-graduation scheduled to be held on May 21.

Due to the delay in NEET PG 2021 counseling, students are requesting the government to postpone the date of examination due to less gap between the day of examination and counselling. The exam is to be conducted on May 21 as per the schedule.

Know the whole matter

, aspirants of NEET exam say that due to the very short time gap between the exam and counseling, we are in a dilemma whether we should attend the counseling or prepare for the exam. Also this year the counseling schedule was changed by MCC about 7 times. The mop up round was also canceled both at the All India and State level. How can we study amidst these uncertainties created by the examination bodies?
