New Delhi, Tech Desk. Samsung Smart TV users will now be able to access Apple Music. The company, which manufactures South Korean smartphones and consumer products, has announced this feature. Samsung has become the first smart TV brand to integrate Apple Music with its platform. This service of Samsung will benefit the users of more than 100 countries of the world. Samsung Smart TV users will get access to more than 60 million ad free songs with Apple Music. Which includes services like thousands of curated playlists, music videos, live radio.
This feature has been rolled out for all models of Samsung Smart TV launched from 2018 till date. Apple Music users will get customized recommendations on a daily basis, in which users will be able to listen to global live radio and exclusive shows.
Launching the service, Vice President of Samsung Electronics, Salek Brodsky said that, it has always been our goal to offer consumers better entertainment experiences so that people can spend more time at home. Last year, we were the first TV manufacturer to integrate the Apple TV app. Our partnership with Apple has been made keeping in mind the option of better entertainment for consumers. Smart TV users in particular could get more content options.
Samsung Smart TV users will be able to download the Apple Music app from the Samsung Smart TV App Store. For this, the user will have to log in using the Existing Samsung account. To access Apple Music, the user has to login through Apple ID. After this, users will be able to enjoy this music streaming service. Three months free subscription of Apple Music is being offered to Samsung Smart TV users. Also, family and student subscriptions are also being offered.
