Now only seniors will go to office
According to the news published in Mint, at present all the employees will not be called to the office together. At present, only 50,000 employees of the top level of the company will go to the office. These employees will have to go to office only 3 days a week. For the remaining two days, these employees also have to do work from home.
Rajesh Gopinathan, CEO and MD of TCS said, “From this month i.e. from April, the senior associates of the company will start coming to the office. The number of employees to be called to the office will be increased gradually. By the middle of this year, that is, by June-July, most of the employees (80 percent) will start working from the office.
Employees’ salary will increase
MD Rajesh Gopinathan further said that TCS will also increase the salary of its employees by 6-8 percent in the current financial year 2022-23. This salary was increased by the company last year as well.

It is worth noting that TCS has also increased the number of employees in the last financial year. In the last quarter of the financial year 2021-22, the company has recruited 35,209 new employees.
