SBI YONO App New Rule: On SBI’s YONO Application (SBI YONO), customers can now log in only from the phone whose mobile number will be registered with the bank. Know the rules in detail.

There is very important news for the customers of the country’s largest public sector bank SBI. SBI has made important changes in the bank rules for the safety of the customers. Under this change, now customers can log in to SBI’s YONO application only from the phone whose mobile number will be registered with the bank. That is, now you cannot take the service of the bank from any number. The bank has taken this step so that customers can be saved from online banking fraud.

Protection from online banking fraud

SBI keeps on introducing facilities for its customers from time to time. In view of the increasing case of online fraud, this new upgrade has been inserted in the Yono app. With this, customers will get a secure banking experience as well as they will avoid falling prey to online frauds.

The bank itself gave information

The bank has given this information on its official Twitter handle that for new registration, customers should use the same phone in which their mobile number is registered with the bank. That is, now SBI will not allow YONO account holders to do any transaction when they try to log in with any other number.

Rules made for phone numbers also

Now under this new rule, you cannot log in to the app through any phone, whereas earlier customers could log in from any phone. Now you can use the facility of YONO from the same mobile in which your registered mobile number will remain. The bank has said that through this it is increasing the security features for the customers.
