Xiaomi is going to launch Xiaomi 12 series smartphones soon. Three models like Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X and Xiaomi 12 Pro are expected to be launched. Let’s know about it…

Xiaomi is expected to announce the Xiaomi 12 series of smartphones by the end of December. The Chinese manufacturer is expected to launch three models namely Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X and Xiaomi 12 Pro.

While all three models have been spotted in the database of the TENAA certification site, the Pro model has now received approval from the 3C authority. Three new Xiaomi phones with model numbers 2201123C, 2201122C, and 2112123AC have appeared on TENAA

Three new models will be launched

According to WHY LAB, these model numbers are for Xiaomi 12, XIaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12X. The TENAA listing of the Xiaomi 12 trio is yet to be populated with their specifications. The Xiaomi 12X is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 870, while the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro are likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

Xiaomi 12 Pro will support 120W fast charging

Xiaomi and Xiaomi 12X were recently spotted with 67W fast charger. Now, Xiaomi 12 Pro has appeared on the 3C certification site. This suggests that the device may come with 120W fast charging support. That is, the phone can be fully charged in 10 minutes.

The Xiaomi 12 series also includes some other phones such as the Xiaomi 12 Ultra, which is expected to debut in the first quarter of 2022. Like the Mi 11 Ultra, its successor is likely to arrive as an eventual flagship phone.

Xiaomi 12 Lite to be launched in 2022

Xiaomi 12 Lite and 12 Lite Zoom are expected to be launched by March 2022. These phones may come with similar features such as 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ in-screen fingerprint scanner, Snapdragon 778G/780G chip, curved edge display with MIUI 13.

Based on Android 12, and a 64-megapixel triple camera unit, the camera setup of the 12 Lite could include an ultrawide lens and a macro camera, while the Zoom edition is expected to feature a telephoto snapper instead of a macro lens. The design of these phones is likely to be similar to Xiaomi Civi.
